4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 256phwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at 256phwin's discretion.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the 256phwin platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are generally completed within one to two business hours, subject to bank processing times.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. 256phwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 256phwin account.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 256phwin is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. 256phwin reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities and to freeze or close accounts involved in suspected money laundering activity.
4.6 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 256phwin are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. 11.2 256phwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 256phwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 256phwin does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Services at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your 256phwin account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. 13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.2 In the event of any dispute, 256phwin encourages players to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.
14.1 256phwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, 256phwin will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
